  About Us
  The Builder's Guide is a marketing program designed to help local subcontractors and suppliers more effectively target the new construction and remodeling market. The Builder's Guide forms a network of construction partners that are presented to this market as they begin their building process.

The Builder's Guide program was first developed in Salt Lake City, Utah by Ron and Paul Lowry in 2002. The program is now expanding to include other metropolitan markets.

The Builder's Guide is a glossy, high resolution directory of local subcontractors and suppliers, organized alphabetically by category (i.e. appliances, roofing, siding, etc). Each category features one company on a two page spread. The spread includes color photos of the finished product, specs and information regarding the product or service, contact information, and anything else you want to feature.

The products and services listed in the published directory are also included online at TheBuildersGuide.com. Additional promotions and incentives for consumers to use subcontractors from The Builder's Guide are also found in this online program.

Distribution:
The Builder's Guide published directory is mailed weekly for 52 weeks to:
-     Every owner-builder with a residential permit* valued over $75,000
-     Every owner using a general contractor with a residential permit* valued over
    $75,000
*Includes single family homes and remodels/additions
Mailed once per year to every general contractor in each area who is issued a single family residential permit

TheBuildersGuide.com is updated quarterly with new companies, products, services, and promotions (rewards and rebates).
